Job Summary for the Spot Welder:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spot Welder to join our production team. The Spot Welder will be responsible for operating spot welding equipment to join metal parts according to specifications, ensuring strong welds, high-quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Spot Welder:

• Operate spot welding machines to weld metal accurately and efficiently

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications

• Set up welding equipment and adjust controls for proper welding conditions

• Inspect completed welds to ensure strength, alignment, and quality standards

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

• Previous experience as a spot welder
