We're on the hunt for a UX Designer ready to steer a team of talented Product Managers and Product Owners. Role overview: 

The job involves leading the design process focused on user-centric design in the sports betting domain, emphasizing understanding user needs to create intuitive, engaging experiences on web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include developing wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes, iterating designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions and aligning with business objectives. It also involves staying updated with industry trends, conducting competitor analysis, and executing usability testing to validate designs and improve usability based on user feedback. 

Key responsibilities of this role include: 

User-Centric Design 

Lead the design process with a focus on understanding user needs, behaviours, and pain points within the sports betting domain. 

Create intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. 

Wireframing and Prototyping 

Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, storyboards and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. 

Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing. 

Collaboration 

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Technology team, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align design goals with business objectives. 

Industry Research 

Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices within the sports betting industry. 

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation. 

Usability Testing 

Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable insights and validate design decisions. 

Analyse user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance overall usability. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate: 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a focus on sports betting. 

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful UX design projects with proven impact. 

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. 

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches. 

Location & Ways of Working:

We’re hiring for this role in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Latvia, Malta, and Gibraltar, subject to candidates having the appropriate right to work in the relevant location. Depending on local requirements, we can offer fully remote, hybrid, or office-based working arrangements.
