The Opportunity: 

The opportunity as a Product Owner is to drive the development and enhancement of mobile sports betting applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business goals. You'll leverage your expertise in the sports betting landscape and mobile technology trends to deliver a top-notch mobile betting experience. By prioritising features, ensuring high-quality delivery, and analysing metrics, you'll have a direct impact on product success. Additionally, you'll stay updated with industry trends, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement in the Product function. This role empowers you to take ownership, shape strategy, and create exceptional Sportsbook experiences in the sports betting industry.

Key responsibilities of this role include: 

We’re looking for Product Owner who will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our sports betting platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, designers, and stakeholders, to define, plan, and execute product features that align with our business goals. Your deep understanding of the sports betting landscape, user behaviour, and technology trends will be essential in delivering a best-in-class sports betting experience.

Develop and execute the product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business objectives into clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with design and technology teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.

Conduct thorough testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

Define and analyse key product metrics to measure the success of new features and inform data-driven decision-making.

Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify potential risks and opportunities for the product.

Communicate product updates, timelines, and roadmap changes to internal teams and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in sportsbook product, sports betting, and related domains.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Overseeing the development, release, and maintenance of both mobile and desktop mobile applications, demonstrating expertise in mobile and desktop management.

In-depth understanding of the sports betting industry, showcasing your knowledge of the industry landscape.

Strong understanding of back-end trading systems that drive the offer on Sportsbook platforms.

These skills, attributes, and experience will help:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in the sports betting or online gaming industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering sportsbook products throughout the product lifecycle.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights to drive product decisions.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including designers, engineers, marketers, and executives.

Proficient in agile development methodologies, product management tools (e.g., JIRA), and project management frameworks.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment.

Location & Ways of Working:

We’re hiring EU passport holders for this role in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Latvia, Malta, and Gibraltar, with the working arrangement (fully remote, hybrid, or office-based) depending on the specific location requirements.
