Let's start with the role

The Sponsorship Activation Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing brand and sponsorship activations across multiple properties and events. This role ensures that all contractual rights are properly delivered, activations are executed with high quality standards, and initiatives generate measurable impact for both the brand and the business.

The position requires close coordination with agencies, internal stakeholders, and rights holders, as well as strong operational control and reporting capabilities.

As a Sponsorship Activation Specialist, you will:

• Ensure 100% of contractual elements (e.g. signage, digital posts, tickets, experiential activations) are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the brand’s specifications.

• Manage agencies by handling briefings, follow-ups, negotiations, and operational supervision, while supporting the sponsorship team.

• Create comprehensive post-event and end-of-season reports, using data to demonstrate the value (ROI/ROO) of the sponsorship.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience delivering sponsorship or brand activations in live environments;

• Strong project management and organizational skills;

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines;

• Experience working with agencies and external suppliers;

• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership;

• Experience with sponsorship management platforms or project management tools (e.g., Jira);

• Creative thinking for activation concepts and fan engagement;

• Presentation and storytelling skills for internal stakeholders;

• Understanding of iGaming/Betting Metrics;

• Advanced English (written and spoken) for interaction with regional/global teams.
