Sponsoring & Partnerships Manager (gn) – Parental Leave Cover (24 months with option to extend)

To strengthen our Events and Cooperations team, we’re looking for a Sponsoring & Partnerships Manager (gn) for a 24-month parental leave cover and the option to extend. In this role, you develop and manage our sponsorship portfolio, activate our brand in meaningful ways and ensure that every engagement is strategic, measurable and impactful.

• Develop and optimize sponsorship strategies across all Bikeleasing Group brands, strengthening your impact on brand positioning
• Select, assess, and negotiate sponsorship partnerships — guiding them from the first idea all the way to the final agreement
• Ensure smooth on‑site execution of sponsorship activations, such as match days, presentations, or events, working hand in hand with the event manager
• Coordinate internal and external partners, keeping every process running seamlessly
• Measure success, refine sponsorship workflows, and establish reporting standards with clearly defined KPIs and meaningful improvement actions
• Track market and competitor developments in the sponsorship landscape, identifying trends, opportunities, and strategic potential
• Support the team in planning budgets for sponsorship activities and contribute to transparent resource allocation

Your profile:
• Several years of experience in sponsorship management, ideally within sports, brand partnerships or activation
• Strong negotiation and communication skills paired with a confident partner-facing presence
• High willingness to travel and enthusiasm for on-site activations
• Strong organizational and structured working skills
• Hands-on mindset: you turn ideas into actions
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence when engaging with partners
• Genuine passion for sports, movement and strong brand partnerships
• Excellent German and English language skills
