Spice Blender Operator

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Spice Blender Operator to join our dynamic team! The Spice Blender Operator will play a crucial role in the food production process, focusing on the precise blending of spices to create consistent and high-quality products. This position adheres to FDA FSMA standards and follows the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements for food safety in the facility.

Duties:

• Operate and monitor spice blending equipment, ensuring proper mixing and batching procedures are followed.
• Obtain and review production orders and specifications to meet quality standards.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately according to prescribed recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of blending equipment and workspace to meet sanitation requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and document results accordingly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely production and delivery.

Job Location: Cudahy, WI

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $18 per hour

Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in food production or blending operations is a plus. Familiarity with spice blending equipment is advantageous.

Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow established procedures, and communicate effectively with team members.

Computer Skills: Candidates must be comfortable using basic computer systems for documentation and inventory management.
