About The Role:

We are seeking a SpendHound Data Administrator to join our SpendHound team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate customer contract data within the SpendHound platform.

You will work closely with the Customer Success and Data Operations teams to ensure that SaaS contracts are correctly parsed, validated, and uploaded, providing customers with a reliable and organized view of their software portfolios.

As Our Spendhound Data Administrator You Will:

• Manage the customer files inbox containing SaaS contracts and related documentation

• Upload and organize contracts in customer portals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with vendor profiles

• Parse and extract key contract details, including renewal dates, opt-out clauses, license counts, and annual contract values (ACV)

• Support the Customer Success team with ad-hoc data entry, data cleaning, and reporting tasks

• Identify and flag data inconsistencies or quality issues for review and resolution

• Maintain process documentation and ensure data hygiene across systems.

This is a fully-remote opportunity based in India. Standard work hours are from 11am to 8pm IST.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data administration, or operations (preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments)

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities

• Sound judgment and initiative to identify and communicate data issues

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to work with structured and unstructured data

• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a remote, cross-functional environment

• Nice to have: Experience with contract management tools, procurement data, or CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Airtable
