Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services to clients across pediatric and adult populations. This role combines assessment, treatment planning, individualized therapy, and family/caregiver collaboration to support communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication goals.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in outpatient and/or telehealth settings
• Monitor client progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
• Educate clients and families on strategies to generalize skills outside therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain compliance with state licensure, insurance, and company policies
• Support CFY supervision if applicable
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP certification from ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligible for CFY
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in practicing state
• Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and teletherapy platforms
