Speech-Language Pathologist

We’re hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, therapy, and intervention services for children with communication, speech, and language needs. This role combines individualized treatment planning, collaboration with families and educators, and ongoing progress monitoring to help clients achieve meaningful communication outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and assess children’s speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support goals
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulations
• Stay current with best practices, research, and therapeutic techniques

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license or certification as an SLP
• Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to engage and motivate children of varying abilities
