Speculative application Consulting & Support North America (Full / Part time)

Your mission:
Help customers run their IT infrastructure reliably, securely and efficiently.

If you enjoy solving technical problems, advising customers, giving workshops or optimising monitoring setups - this is your place.

What you can contribute:

• Support customers during implementation & optimization

• Run workshops, trainings & best-practice sessions

• Troubleshoot Linux, monitoring & infrastructure issues

• Create knowledge content or community insights

• Collaborate closely with Engineering & Product

Your profile:
• Technical understanding (Linux, infra, monitoring etc.)

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Structured & solution-focused working style

• Good English; German is a plus
