Poszukujemy osoby, która stanie się operacyjnym filarem zespołu Tax & Legal. Do zakresu zadań należeć będzie dbanie o ład korporacyjny (Corporate Governance), sprawny obieg dokumentacji oraz poprawność formalna procesów podatkowych i prawnych. Jest to rola dla osoby zainteresowanej administracją biznesową, cechującej się wysoką rzetelnością i chęcią rozwoju w profesjonalnym środowisku, z naciskiem na dbałość o standardy oraz procedury wewnętrzne organizacji. Stanowisko zakłada bezpośrednią współpracę z Tax & Legal Managerem oraz wsparcie zespołu w kluczowych projektach i bieżącej działalności operacyjnej. Zakres obowiązków: Administracja korporacyjna i prawna: Zarządzanie dokumentacją kontraktową, w tym prowadzenie i bieżąca aktualizacja rejestru umów. Przygotowywanie szkiców umów, aneksów oraz pełnomocnictw na bazie istniejących wzorów i instrukcji. Wsparcie w zakresie ładu korporacyjnego we współpracy z zewnętrzną kancelaria prawna. Koordynacja procesu obiegu dokumentów Współudział w aktualizacji wewnętrznych procedur. Wsparcie podatkowo-administracyjne: Pomoc w przygotowywaniu projektów pism i deklaracji do organów administracyjnych. Prowadzenie rejestrów i trackerów (m.in. certyfikatów rezydencji, terminów raportowych, statusów spraw). Kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy z urzędami oraz innymi organami administracji w celu monitorowania statusu spraw. Bieżąca współpraca z kancelariami prawnymi i doradcami zewnętrznymi (wymiana dokumentów, monitoring postępów).

Oczekiwania: Wysoka sumienność i precyzja w pracy z dokumentami oraz danymi. Bardzo dobre zdolności organizacyjne, w szczególności w zakresie prowadzenia wielu rejestrów i kontroli terminów. Procesowe podejście do pracy oraz gotowość do realizacji zadań powtarzalnych i ich usprawniania. Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym. Komunikatywność i swoboda w kontaktach z urzędami oraz partnerami zewnętrznymi. Doświadczenie w administracji korporacyjnej, biurze rachunkowym lub sekretariacie prawnym będzie dodatkowym atutem. Wykształcenie prawnicze nie jest wymagane – kluczowe są kompetencje operacyjne, rzetelność i dokładność.
