The Specification & Validation Plan Pilot coordinates and facilitates specification and validation plan activities for vehicle projects. The role supports project teams in building RFQ packages based on data stored in the PLM system (Enovia), ensuring compliance with engineering rules, processes, and methodologies.
The position covers two scopes:
• Generic specifications
• Project-specific (applicative) specifications
Key Missions & Responsibilities (Summary)
• Ensure consistency of component structures, availability of specifications, and completeness of validation plans for sourcing activities
• Coordinate with engineering leaders to validate requirement allocation and availability
• Coordinate with component leaders to ensure completeness of part specifications and validation plans
• Build and support RFQ packages using PLM data (Enovia)
• Lead coordination meetings and ensure application of Stellantis processes and methodologies
• Report project status to process and methodology owners
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and on-time delivery
 
Hard Skills
• PLM certification or formal training in Requirement Engineering / System Validation
• 2 Years experience at least
• Requirement Engineering and System Validation
• PLM systems usage (ENOVIA)
• Specification and Validation Plan management
• RFQ package preparation based on PLM data
• PMO processes and sourcing support
• Advanced Excel and Office tools
• Data traceability and structured reporting
• Knowledge of validation systems and methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Office tools
• Knowledge of PMO processes and validation systems
• English level: minimum B2
