The Role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager – PVC to support and grow our PVC portfolio across the European market. This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong technical expertise in PVC products, capable of building strategic partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to customers.
You will combine market intelligence, product knowledge, and commercial execution to drive growth across key European accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of PVC customers across Europe
Drive commercial growth across:
Paste PVC
Plasticizers
C-PVC
PVC Compounds
Lead technical-commercial discussions with customers and suppliers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, finance, and risk teams
Monitor European PVC market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms
Profile & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in PVC, polymers, or related chemical markets
Strong technical understanding of:
Paste PVC
Plasticizers
C-PVC
PVC Compounds
Proven track record in commercial development and account management
Ability to translate technical product knowledge into commercial opportunities
Experience operating in international and multicultural environments
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Languages
Fluency in English (required)
Additional European language (German, Italian, or French) strongly preferred
Location
This role is open across Europe. Candidates based near Ravenna (Italy) are preferred, given the presence of our office there, although we remain open to strong profiles in other locations.
