• Monitor vendor performance, analyze ratings and vendor feedback, and implement improvement plans.
• Improve menu and content quality on the platform and execute content optimization projects.
• Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding including account setup, activation, training, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support operational projects to enhance vendor experience and efficiency.
• Handle vendor communications, translations, and regional requests; monitor operational issues (e.g., offline vendors), support product/feature testing, manage rollout timelines, and assist vendors with system complaints or bugs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field. 
• Proficiency in Khmer and English, both written and spoken
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a logistics operational role
• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle
• Able working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability
