We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr with substantial growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:

• Starting Pay: $20/hr

• At 6-Months: $20.50/hr

• At 12-Months: $21.50/hr

About the team and position
We’re looking for a Payment Resolution Specialist to join our Treasury Operations team. This is a high-volume, phone-based, customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

In this role, you will work directly with customers over the phone to resolve outstanding payments while collaborating closely with internal partners. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, professionally collect payments according to established schedules, identify reasons for account delinquency, and escalate issues as needed. You will become a go-to resource for payment resolutions within the department.

Most importantly, your work will have an immediate and tangible daily impact within a well-funded, rapidly growing company.

What you’ll be doing

• Be the voice of Carvana through frequent phone interactions with customers.

• Review open accounts for collection efforts.

• Handle inbound customer calls related to payment resolution.

• Make outbound collection calls while maintaining and improving customer relationships.

• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates and agreements.

• Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and escalate appropriately.

• Actively resolve loan servicing issues with business partners.

• Review and monitor assigned accounts and applicable collection reports.

• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.

What you should know/have

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

• Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of independently identifying and completing critical tasks with urgency.

• Familiarity with debt collection and accounts receivable experience is preferred.

• A sense of humor (we’re kind of serious about this one).

• A genuine enjoyment of working with others and a strong appreciation for teamwork.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow and execute established processes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time and priorities effectively.
