Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
• Create training materials such as manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.
• Implement innovative training methods to enhance learning and retention.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, both in-person and virtually.
• Ensure training sessions are interactive, inclusive, and tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
• Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with training lead and department managers to determine specific training requirements.
• Develop customized training materials based on assessment results.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through summative assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Analyze training data and prepare reports on training outcomes and impact.
• Continuously tweak training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation, and participant communication to the training coordinator.
• Maintain accurate training records and manage the training database.
• Liaise with external training providers and vendors when necessary.

• Requirements:
What Are We Looking For❓
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
• 5-7 years of experience as a schoolteacher is welcome to apply.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is preferred.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Native or bilingual competencies in English Language.
