• Under general direction, applies advanced skills to manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across various departments and external partners.
• Resolves complex stakeholder issues using advanced techniques and procedures, ensuring smooth project progression and organizational alignment.
• Demonstrates strong ability to plan, organize, and complete assigned tasks within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Develops and implements stakeholder engagement strategies to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Maintains and organizes engineering documentation on an enterprise content management system, including identification and generation of comprehensive reports for stakeholder communication.
• Leads cross-functional meetings and facilitates effective communication between different stakeholder groups to drive project success.
• May be responsible for leading a departmental process as assigned by management, such as stakeholder feedback integration or process improvement initiatives.
• Conducts regular stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers, their interests, and potential impacts on projects or organizational objectives.
• Creates and delivers presentations to various stakeholder groups, effectively communicating complex information and project updates.
• Develops and maintains stakeholder management tools and databases to track interactions, commitments, and action items.
• May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower level employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Identifies and mitigates potential risks related to stakeholder management, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
• Contributes to the development of stakeholder management best practices and standard operating procedures within the organization.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure consistent stakeholder messaging and alignment with overall organizational strategy.
• Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement within engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship‑management skills
