Requirements:
What You’ll Do:

• As a marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for support of the marketing functions initiatives and will oversee logistics.
• You will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, social media calendar, website management, conducting market research, supporting content creation and creation of marketing collateral, and providing administrative support to the marketing team.

Required Experience

• Experience: 1 to 3 years
• Campaigns
• Harvest contacts based on geography, role, title
• Contact data management
• Campaign co-ordination
• Campaign performance reporting – monthly and quarterly reports
• Website
• Website updates
• Analytics
• Management with the website vendor
• Social Media
• Manage the social media calendar
• Post on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Market research on topics with business relevance/special projects
• Internal coordination for content creation (case studies, datasheets, proposals, blogs, resumes, whitepapers).
• Coordinate with external teams for website updates, content creation, analyst relations
• Support for content creation like blogs, whitepapers.
• Support for creation of marketing collateral like corporate decks, datasheets.

Good to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good communication skills – especially written skills
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office, HubSpot
• Ability to analyse data.
• Ability to work with senior management
• Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus
