Specialist, Manufacturing Engineering （生産技術開発エンジニア）

事業戦略上、光学ADのラインナップ追加が優先テーマになっており、戦略の早期実現に向けたエンジニアの増員です。

PRMではBrianチャネル、Brian追加アダプタ、超長尺Φ8アダプタの立上げが計画されています。各テーマのLaunch日程遵守、及び事業計画達成に向けて光学ADエンジニアの増強が必要となります。

主な職務と責任

(この職務の遂行に不可欠な8から10の主要タスクのリスト)

• 組立工程設計、作業手順書の作成
• 組立ロケーションの検討、提案
• 組立治工具及び設備の仕様書作成、設計、手配、検証、導入
• 新製品組立日程立案、進捗管理
• 組立工数の設定、工程能力算出、品質管理、リードタイム設定
• 組立工程の不具合対応、解析、対策立案と実行
• 生産維持活動（5M変更、法規制対応、ディスコン対応、不具合）
• コスト管理と継続的な原低活動

最低資格

関連経験

• 機械系ユニット、組立に関する知識を持ち合わせている。
• 製造現場及び開発部門と連携した新製品立上げ業務（関連部門との折衝）
• 製造工場での作業指示書作成、工程改善業務
• 生産用設備、治工具類の設計、動作検証、生産工程への導入実績

上記のいずれか

 

技術的スキル

• 微細部品の取り扱い、試作組立（1㎜以下の微小部品取り扱い、半田付け、接着作業）
• 双眼実体顕微鏡観察下での微細組立作業
• メカ組図、組図の読解力
• 機械工学及び関する基本知識
• 品質管理手法(QC手法及び工程能力等)

 

行動スキル

• 関係部署(開発、製造現場、サプライヤー等)とのコミュニケーション能力(必須)
• 自ら主体的に働きかけ、関連部門と密に連携して業務を遂行することができる
• 製品に関した法規制及び金銭の授受等コンプライアンスを遵守できる
