YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You build and maintain enterprise security dashboard and reports that provide real-time visibility into security posture, compliance status, and risk trends—empowering SIXT management to make informed, security risk-driven decisions
• You maintain the inventory of critical infrastructure, cloud and SaaS services, data flows, and technology dependencies across SIXT's global operations
• You leverage AI and automation to analyze security data, identify patterns, detect anomalies, and generate actionable insights and predictive analytics that enable proactive security risk management
• You coordinate security risk remediation activities across SIXT — tracking owners, deadlines, progress, and blockers to ensure security improvements are completed effectively
• You provide proactive stakeholder alerts on upcoming remediation deadlines and commitments; escalate overdue items requiring risk acceptance or executive intervention
• You run program accountability rhythms by conducting regular status reviews, reporting chronic delays to leadership, measuring performance metrics, and driving continuous security posture improvement

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Background You have 4+ years of experience in security with a demonstrable focus on security analytics, business intelligence, or similar areas or similar
• Analytical Skills You possess strong analytical skills to build dashboards, work with data, identify trends, and derive insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
• Program Management Experience You have program management experience coordinating initiatives with multiple stakeholders, tracking metrics, and driving results to completion
• Communication Skills You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to write clear reports, follow up on commitments, and escalate effectively
• AI Literacy You show interest in AI and automation and are eager to adopt intelligent tools for analytics and program management
• Language Skills You are fluent in English; German is a plus
