Specialist (m/f/d) – Prototype Spare Parts

Your tasks:
• You build a spare parts management system for the HOLON development workshop and take responsibility for its rollout
• You manage the entire spare parts process – from demand planning to on-time delivery
• You procure non-series materials considering costs, deadlines, and quality
• You coordinate requirements and schedules closely with the prototype team
• You ensure that spare and non-series materials are delivered on time through independent and logical action
• You coordinate special requirements and provide external single-part needs, especially for the development workshop and surrounding test facility
• You work closely with part owners, domains, and purchasing
• You take responsibility for maintaining work documentation

Your profile:
• You have completed a technical education or degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• You have several years of professional experience in spare parts management, prototype construction, or material planning – ideally in the automotive environment
• You possess good technical understanding
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• You have strong communication skills, initiative, and organizational talent
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
