Specialist Logistics and Import/Export

Your mission:
Operate within the logistics function, ensuring the efficient handling, documentation, and organisation of all incoming and outgoing products. This includes the execution of import and export activities in full compliance with current legislation.

• Oversee all aspects of foreign trade operations, including the preparation and management of certificates of origin, customs invoices, A.T.A. carnets, and the meticulous filing of all documents required by customs regulations.
• Independently prepare for and supervise customs inspections, certifications, and authorizations, ensuring strict adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor export control measures, such as reviewing embargo and sanction lists, and coordinate any necessary notifications to authorities (e.g., BAFA or other regulatory bodies).
• Supervise the import customs clearance process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Process incoming goods, including conducting thorough goods receipt checks to verify accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate the picking and preparation of materials and components for production and shipment.
• Ensure timely delivery and receipt of products in accordance with Wingcopter’s Export Policy.
• Conduct regular stock control activities and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for inventory management.
• Perform general logistics and production-related tasks to support overall operational efficiency.

Your profile:
• Extensive expertise and demonstrable experience in import and export operations, export control, logistics, and warehouse management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
• Confident and effective use of ERP and DMS systems, preferably SAP and EAB
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong command of both German and English languages
• Ability to work independently with a structured and reliable approach
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
