As part of Standard Bank's insurance and asset management business unit, IAM, the Investment Platform business is able to leverage the latest global technologies and worldwide partners to deliver an investment platform based on modern architecture and straight through processing.
To perform a client services role responsible for the day-to-day client and adviser management function in support of the INN8 Intermediary Servicing client facing team. The role provides technical, operational and administrative support to the Distribution Team on a professional and consistent basis.

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting
Experience Required
3-4 years
Experience in a client facing environment fulfilling client demand with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and problem resolution and an understanding of products and services available to clients.
Experience in client service/ reporting
3-4 years
The role requires financial/investment experience in a Wealth Management business and a good understanding of operational and administrative processes as well as risk and compliance standards. Experience of working in a similar mid-office environment or operations would be preferred.
