Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to invite applications for the role of Specialist - Infrastructure Operations. This position is critical to maintaining the operational efficiency and reliability of our infrastructure systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance and availability.

Your expertise will contribute to the successful continuity of our services, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional experiences and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support Infrastructure, Systems, Cloud, and M365 platforms
• Administer Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades
• Act as L3 support for complex operational issues and CRs
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure operations or IT support roles.
• Basic understanding of network architecture, server management, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with monitoring tools.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
