The purpose of this job is to, with supervision from the manager, communications business partner, consult with core business partners to develop and execute internal communications.

Essential Functions: 

• Support core business areas with the development of communications plans and written materials to inform and educate team members, including: leader communications and talking points, internal company messaging, presentation materials and company meetings
• Assist with planning and providing communications support for internal company and business area town hall meetings, including material and message development
• Assist with developing and executing internal communications support for the company’s key initiatives in collaboration with the strategy realization office and business area experts
• Write and prepare internal communications and company materials, ensuring they are high quality, accurate and according to style guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing communications team to develop comprehensive and integrated communications campaigns that leverage a variety of internal and external channels and mediums
• Contribute to the measurement and analysis of the impact of internal communications on employee engagement and business objectives in collaboration with data analytics team
• Contribute to and assist with maintaining the internal communications calendar for core business areas

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient in Associated Press (AP) Style writing
