• Ensuring governance for HR Services processes in the Eastern European region
• Managing quality issues / service requests coming from the locations related to outsourced processes
• Supporting outsourcing initiatives 
• Supporting service related transformations
• Supporting locations in their non-outsourced activities in the scope of HR Services

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Several years of HR experience, Service Center background and leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of international HR practices
• Experience with HR management of HR systems and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated expertise in HR Services and project management
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
