【About the Role】
At foodpanda, our Business Development team is the engine of our growth. We don't just "sign" restaurants; we act as Digital Transformation Consultants for the F&B industry. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be the face of foodpanda in [insert geo locations], identifying high-potential partners and helping them navigate the evolving digital marketplace.

【What You’ll Do & Your Impact】
• Market Expansion: Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard the best local eateries and renowned brands to expand our ecosystem.
• Strategic Negotiation: Lead end-to-end negotiations to secure win-win partnerships, ensuring sustainable growth for both the merchant and the platform.
• Consultative Selling: Use data-driven insights to present our advertising and marketing solutions, helping partners maximize their visibility and ROI.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong foundations with key stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor during the crucial launch phase.
• Performance Optimization: Constantly analyze your sales results and market trends to pivot strategies and consistently crush your monthly targets.
【Who We Are Looking For】
• The Hunter Mindset: You are resilient, proactive, and possess a "get it done" attitude. You see a "no" as just the beginning of a conversation.
• Effective Communicator: You can tell a compelling story with data and possess the charisma to build rapport with everyone from small bistro owners to corporate executives.
• B2B Sales Experience: Ideally 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in food delivery, E-commerce, or advertising is a huge plus).
