Qiddiya Investment Company is committed to creating a transformative entertainment experience, and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist - Estate Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the estate portfolio, ensuring operational efficiency, maintenance, and strategic development aligned with the company's vision.
Responsibilities
• Support the management of infrastructure, public realm, utilities, and estate-wide assets.
• Assist in monitoring FM provider performance, maintenance schedules, and asset condition reports.
• Participate in asset handover inspections and O&M documentation reviews.
• Serve as a point of contact for selected internal and external stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and consultants.
• Attend community meetings, inductions, and engagement events to support transparency and awareness.
• Collaborate with the Master Community team to improve stakeholder satisfaction and compliance.
• Maintain records for estate and community assets, inspections, and service requests.
• Assist in preparing internal reports, community dashboards, and operational updates.
• Support the documentation and digitalization of processes across estate and community management systems.
• Shadow senior managers and technical experts to gain exposure to estate strategy, community operations, and regulatory processes.
• Participate in structured training programs and cross-functional rotations to build core competencies in master community operations.
• Stay updated on Saudi regulatory frameworks, JOP law, and smart city innovations relevant to estate and community management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, Facilities Management, Public Administration, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in estate management, property management, or facilities management.
• Strong interest in estate and community management within a giga-project urban environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder groups.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to manage documentation and follow through on tasks.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced development setting.
