We are currently searching for a Specialist - Employee Relations to join our dedicated HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a harmonious work environment and addressing employee concerns while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective support.
• Assist in investigating employee complaints and grievances, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-ups.
• Support the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor and analyze employee relations trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide guidance on probationary period evaluations and support managers in performance assessments.
• Lead offboarding processes, including exit interviews, to collect feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records related to employee relations cases and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR team members to support overall HR initiatives and contribute to a supportive workplace.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective employee relations practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in employee relations or human resources.
• Strong understanding of employee relations practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to employee engagement.
