Your mission
• Own the end-to-end process for troubleshooting, investigating, and triaging issues related to integrations between On and external partners.
• Proactively monitor integration performance, conduct regular audits, and implement necessary corrections to ensure high data accuracy and system reliability.
• Serve as the primary operational partner and communicator, facilitating quick root-cause identification and resolution with the Integrations Analyst, Integrations Product Manager, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
• Support the implementation of integration solutions by aligning technical requirements, data formats, and business rules across internal systems and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, identify opportunities for process optimization, and share new knowledge to improve effectiveness.
• Partner with internal and external teams on meticulous testing and validation to ensure seamless, high-quality data flow for new initiatives and rollouts.
Your story Technical Expertise & Integration
• Systems Mastery: You have proven experience with system integration and a command of data formats including XML, JSON, CSV, and X12.
• Protocols & Cloud: You are well-versed in API protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and cloud-based integrations across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Tooling: You are proficient with industry-standard tools such as Jira Service Management, Confluence, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub, D365, and New Relic.
• Data & Automation: You leverage Workflows, API, or RPA to automate processes and troubleshoot data exchange. You are skilled in writing SQL queries (ideally SQL Azure) and using advanced Excel formulas to access, analyze, and manipulate data for high-level reporting.
