Specialist Compliance, Internal Controls & Risk Management (m/w/d)

(Hybrid in Köln oder remote in Deutschland / Vollzeit / Unbefristeter Vertrag)

Deine Aufgaben

• Verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unseres konzernweiten Compliance-Management-Systems

• Entwicklung, Pflege und Steuerung von Richtlinien, Verhaltens- und Prozessvorgaben

• Durchführung von Compliance-Risikoanalysen sowie Ableitung wirksamer Präventions- und Kontrollmaßnahmen

• Planung und Durchführung von Compliance-Trainings & Awareness-Formaten für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte

• Aufbau, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) gemeinsam mit Finance & IT

• Durchführung von Kontrolltests, Wirksamkeitsprüfungen und Unterstützung interner sowie externer Audits

• Gesamtverantwortung für das unternehmensweite Risikomanagement inkl. Risikoassessment, Risikoregister & Reporting
