Job Summary 
We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Discover, Discover Add-in, and DDM applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong capabilities in data modeling and visualization, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
• Data Integration 
• Expertise in Discover and Discover Add-ins to build, customize, and manage reports and dashboards.  
• This includes performing data exploration, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency, as well as handling extract creation, modifications, and troubleshooting based on business requirements.  
• Strong experience working with DDM extracts, dataviews, and fact tables to support client deliverables, including validating data completeness, product availability, and historical coverage across databases.  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and support reruns or enhancements. 
  
• Collaboration  
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Provide training and support for end-users on Power BI functionalities. 
• Optimization & Security  
• Proactively monitor report and extract performance using execution logs, run-time metrics, and failure patterns; implement corrective actions to maintain SLA adherence and platform stability. 
• Perform end-to-end analysis of complex bugs and production issues, including root cause analysis across source data, transformations, entitlement logic and downstream BI outputs 
 
 
 
Required Skills & Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• 1–4 years of experience . 
• Proficiency in:  
• Discover and Discover Add-ins for reporting, analysis, and extract management 
• DDM (Data Delivery Manager) extracts, dataviews, and fact file validation 
• Data validation, product analysis, and historical data checks 
• PowerPoint (PPT) for creating client-ready presentations and data visualizations 
• Data modeling concepts and visualization best practices for business insights Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and requirement-gathering abilities. 
 
Preferred Skills 
• Hands-on experience with Discover, Discover Add-ins, and DDM applications 
• Strong familiarity with working on extracts, dataviews, fact tables, and data validation activities 
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for validations, reconciliations, and ad-hoc analysis 
• Added advantage – prior exposure to BI or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
