Specialist - Asset IT Security Operation

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and motivated Specialist - IT Security to join our dynamic security team. This role is fundamental to ensuring the protection of our IT infrastructure and sensitive data from potential cyber threats. As the IT Security Specialist, you will be tasked with monitoring security systems, implementing security measures, and responding to incidents as they arise.

Your expertise in the field will contribute to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our organizational assets, enhancing our overall security posture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard IT systems and data.
• Monitor security logs and alerts to identify and respond to suspicious activities and potential breaches.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are integrated into operations.
• Participate in incident response and investigation activities, documenting findings and remedial actions taken.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends to provide effective security solutions.
• Deliver security awareness training to employees and stakeholders to promote a security-conscious culture.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate security status and recommendations to management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT security, systems administration, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of security principles, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with security monitoring and incident response tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus.
