Special Projects Lead

We’re hiring a Special Projects Lead to take on transformative, high‑visibility initiatives across Rotork. You’ll partner directly with senior leadership, work cross‑functionally, and own projects that shape our next phase of growth as part of the Growth+ Strategy.

What you’ll lead

• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing insights that drive key decisions
• Own and deliver complex, cross‑functional projects, ensuring they align to our strategic priorities and deliver real outcomes
• Partner with the Head of Business Development on assessing acquisition targets and leading M&A integration activities
• Bring clarity to ambiguity — defining scope, designing success metrics, and aligning stakeholders.
• Build powerful internal networks by connecting engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams
• Take a structured approach to planning, risk management, and KPI tracking, ensuring accountability and measurable progress
• Champion continuous improvement and embed best‑practice ways of working across the organisation

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading strategic, cross‑functional projects in a complex or fast‑moving environment
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong analytical thinking and a desire to deliver outcomes that genuinely move the needle
• Background in M&A, product portfolio evaluation, or integration is a strong advantage
• Someone who thrives with autonomy, embraces change, and enjoys working on a wide variety of challenges
