We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and help them achieve their academic and personal potential within an inclusive educational environment. This role focuses on providing individualized learning support, counseling, and academic guidance to students who require additional assistance due to learning differences, developmental challenges, or special educational needs. As a Special Educator, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to create supportive learning strategies that enable every student to participate actively in classroom activities and reach their developmental milestones. The role requires a strong commitment to inclusive education, patience, and the ability to understand the emotional, social, and academic needs of students requiring specialized support. You will be responsible for identifying learning challenges, designing customized learning plans, and implementing teaching strategies that help students overcome barriers to learning. Counseling will play an important role in helping students build confidence, develop social skills, and improve their emotional well-being. In addition to working directly with students, you will collaborate with classroom teachers and school leadership to ensure that appropriate accommodations and learning interventions are implemented effectively. The ideal candidate is empathetic, observant, and passionate about helping children succeed through personalized support and guidance. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized educational support to students with special learning needs
• Assess students’ learning abilities and identify areas requiring additional support
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s learning requirements
• Provide counseling and emotional support to help students build confidence and manage learning challenges
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning styles and abilities
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust learning plans based on academic and developmental outcomes
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development and progress
• Support students in improving social, behavioral, and communication skills
• Maintain documentation and reports related to student learning plans and progress
