Special Assistant to CEO (Growth & Deployments)

You will see everything early. You will own outcomes, not tasks. This role can grow into Chief of Staff, BD lead, or GM-level responsibility.

What we’re looking for...

• 2–6 years in high-performance environments (high-growth startups, VC, front-office, special projects, military, etc.)
• Extremely high output under time pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Comfortable in ambiguity.
• Willing to operate at founder intensity and pace.
• No ego about doing whatever is needed.
• U.S. Person status required. (may involve export-controlled data).

• Sat in rooms with senior decision-makers.
• Built operating systems (dashboards, models, processes) from zero.
• Supported fundraising, board prep, or high-stakes external meetings.
• Operated in environments where mistakes had real consequences.
• Seen how a founder actually runs a company — not just how it looks from the outside.

What you’ll do...

• Prepare strategic briefs, deployment plans, and post-mortems.
• Support major external relationships, fundraising, and board preparation through rigorous analysis and narrative development.
• Deploy globally for short, unpredictable high-intensity engagements (~20–40% travel).
• Build internal operating systems (KPI dashboards, CRM, growth models, budgets)
• Help expand our sports, entertainment, enterprise growth
• Identify operational bottlenecks before they explode.
• Coordinate high-stakes deployments.
• Draft external communications and internal memos.

Final facts.

Base salary up to $160,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and impact. Total compensation includes equity, premium insurance, and individual benefits.
