As we continue to grow our aftersales capabilities, we’re looking for a Spare Parts Representative to join the team, ensuring customers experience and support goes beyond just selling.
Your Role
Handle customer and dealer enquiries over various platforms with courtesy, efficiency and with product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Enquires: Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate advice on parts, compatibility and availability while assisting with troubleshooting and identifying the correct components.
Parts Identification & Sales: Interpret parts manuals and diagrams to recommend suitable components, prepare and process quotes and sales orders.
Order Processing & Logistics: Manage and process orders within ERP systems, coordinating picking, packing and dispatch, while tracking shipments, updating customers and ensuring timely fulfilment of backorders.
Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, support stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy and liaise with team lead to ensure timely replenishment of parts.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers and internal teams.
About You
Proven experience in Spare Parts or Customer Service roles.
Experience with ERP, CRM systems and interpreting parts drawings.
Excellent collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continual improvement.
Experience in manufacturing, parts or mechanical industries will be an advantage.
