• Masters operational procurement tasks such as RFQ process, order implementation and expediting
• Drive continues improvements to ensure the supplier meet on-time delivery targets and quality requirements
• Responsible for master data and material planning including inventory management for the assigned products in our ERP-System
• Executes saving and optimization projects in collaboration with all stakeholders such as Category Manager and Suppliers.
• Achieves the required results through price negotiations and framework agreements
• Technical background/training (mechanical engineering)
• Working experience min. 3 years in a comparable role with purchasing and inventory management
• Solid ERP and MS Office user knowledge
• Strong negotiation skills, good communication skills, independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Good English skills (German advantageous), spoken and written
