Job Description
Your mission:
Hallo und herzlich willkommen hier bei Sungrow in Oberschleißheim!
We’re excited to share a great opportunity within our Service Operations team — the chance to lead and elevate our Spare Parts function in the heart of our German service hub. Curious what awaits you? Let’s dive in:
• Lead and develop a multi-functional team across fulfillment, planning, customs, invoicing and asset control to ensure fast and accurate spare parts operations.
• Safeguard optimal safety stock levels for EU warehouses through regular demand analysis, forecasting and coordination of replenishment orders with HQ.
• Manage international service logistics, including imports from China, customs processes, and intra‑EU as well as EU–non‑EU service shipments.
• Ensure all service-related cost items (freight, customs, logistics fees) are processed accurately and on time within the internal cost-control system.
• Maintain high accuracy of spare parts assets by coordinating SAP inventory control, cycle counts, and physical stock audits.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing processes, and enhancing collaboration with internal teams and external logistics partners.
Your profile:
That sounded exciting, right? Now let’s make sure you feel great and confident in this role. You’ll be a perfect match if you bring:
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in spare parts operations, logistics or service operations — ideally in energy, PV, electronics or similarly technical industries.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing teams of 10+ people in operational settings.
• Solid understanding of inventory planning, logistics workflows and warehouse coordination.
• Competence in SAP or another major ERP system.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-regional teams.
• English C1; German B2+ is a strong advantage.
Why us?:
You’ll join a key department within Sungrow’s European Service Operations — the backbone keeping our PV, ESS and EV charging systems running for customers across the region.
Our Oberschleißheim Service Center is fast-paced, international and highly collaborative, offering you the chance to shape processes, lead an impactful team, and contribute directly to our mission of enabling a clean-energy future.
