Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Spanish Speaking Travel Support Specialist to join our enthusiastic team! In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate their travel inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless travel experience. Your fluency in Spanish will be key to building strong relationships with our clients and understanding their specific travel needs.

As a Travel Support Specialist, you will assist clients with booking inquiries, travel adjustments, and any issues they may encounter during their travels. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in Spanish with travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide expert guidance on travel bookings, itineraries, and policy information

• Accurately document all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of complex travel matters

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
