Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat for customers with various electronic products
• Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to enhance customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
• Assist customers in understanding product features and optimal usage

Requirements:
