Spanish-Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant in Sofia - with Fully Paid Relocation

This role comes with fully paid relocation, granting you the chance to experience working in a dynamic and international environment. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting Spanish-speaking clients throughout their rental process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your duties will include managing customer inquiries, processing reservations, and collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless service. Your focus will be on delivering personalized solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Spanish-speaking customers with car rental bookings, changes, and inquiries
• Explain rental options, terms, and conditions clearly and accurately
• Ensure efficient processing of rental agreements and related documentation
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with fleet and operations to ensure vehicle availability and quality standards
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support marketing and promotional activities targeted at Spanish-speaking clients

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided
