Your expertise in Spanish will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries about vehicle features, scheduled maintenance, and any customer service issues they may face. Through delivering timely and knowledgeable responses, you will enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty among Mercedes-Benz owners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch remote customer assistance in Spanish via phone, email, and chat for Mercedes-Benz clients
• Address inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance-related questions
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfactory outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex customer inquiries and challenges
• Collect customer feedback to drive improvements in our service offerings
• Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service enhancements to provide accurate information

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with superior verbal and written communication skills. Ensure your nationality and native language are clearly noted in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on effective problem resolution
• Prior experience in customer service, especially within the automotive or luxury market, is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a remote work setting efficiently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• A genuine interest in automobiles and a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Proficiency with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
