As a Spanish-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Spanish-speaking players, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally. Your passion for gaming and outstanding communication skills will contribute to fostering a positive and engaging player community.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality support to Spanish-speaking players through various channels including email, chat, and social media.
• Investigate and resolve technical, gameplay, and account-related issues efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all player interactions and support cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex player concerns and improve overall player satisfaction.
• Gather and relay player feedback to Riot Games’ development teams for continuous product improvement.
• Encourage a positive, inclusive, and supportive gaming community through professional and empathetic communication.
• Stay updated with the latest Riot Games products, updates, and gaming industry trends.
Successful candidates will receive full relocation assistance to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in player support or other customer-facing roles preferred.
• A keen passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is an advantage.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support offered.
