As a Hospitality Service Consultant, you will be responsible for resolving client inquiries, providing information about our services, and addressing any issues related to their hospitality needs. Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in delivering personalized support and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions
• Provide information about hospitality services, responding to client questions and concerns
• Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining high satisfaction levels
• Document client interactions and service requests accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on hospitality trends and service offerings
• Contribute to enhancing overall client experience by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality industry, is preferred
