Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Subscription-Based Services Department! In this vital role, you will be the go-to person for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support as they navigate our subscription services. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all users.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with subscription-related questions, including sign-ups, payments, and cancellations
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
• Monitor subscription plans and provide adjustments as necessary
• Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance our service offerings
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about service updates and enhancements
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services or related industries
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a dedication to providing outstanding service
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to handling inquiries
