Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will assist our Spanish-speaking users as they navigate our ride-sharing platform, providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience. Your proficiency in Spanish will be essential in helping customers derive maximum value from our services.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via email, phone, and chat
• Assist users with account issues, ride bookings, and fare inquiries
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Educate users on app features and ride-sharing best practices
• Gather feedback to help optimize the customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of the industry and app functionalities
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in tech or transportation sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with ride-sharing platforms is a plus
