Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Mobile Banking Services Department! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate our mobile banking platform and addressing any inquiries they may have. Your ability to communicate fluently in Spanish will be key to delivering a seamless banking experience.

Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to mobile banking features, transactions, and account management
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Guide customers on best practices for using mobile banking services safely and effectively
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our services
• Participate in training sessions to remain informed on product features and updates
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with mobile banking technologies and platforms is a plus
