Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics Department located in Athens, Greece! In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics and shipping services. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with logistics inquiries, shipment tracking, and order management
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Provide updates on shipment statuses and delivery schedules
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our logistics services
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on logistics processes and systems

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in logistics, shipping, or transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach with a desire to assist clients
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics software and customer support systems is a plus
