In this prestigious role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries about luxury retail products and services. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding luxury products, orders, and returns
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and requests
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our luxury product offerings and brand values
• Gather customer feedback for service improvement
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on trends in luxury retail

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations
• Ability to manage inquiries with professionalism and patience
• Proficiency in customer support software and technologies
